Sascha Haseloff, managing director, creative director, and international artist of the Icono Academy is responsible for training and keeping Icono salon stylists at a high level. As a global artist for both Icono and Goldwell, Sascha is also very involved in shows and creating yearly colors and collections. He discusses the work-life balance, the evolution of his early career, side passions as well as how his family life actually helped accelerate his trajectory.
